Black Hawk is an unincorporated, and census-designated community found in Meade County. Located along Interstate 90 to the west, Black Hawk is part of the Rapid City metropolitan area. With the hills to the back side of this community, its residents enjoy a more treed appearance and just a few minutes from Rapid City, if that daily work commute is necessary. A quiet sleeper community makes Black Hawk a very popular area to live in.
